6. Can I preview my design?

You will always be able to see your design and approve it before you place your order.

7. What file formats do you accept for logos and graphics?

We can accept your artwork in any file format: gif, jpeg, png, PDF, tif, eps or ai file. Please note, though, that vector format gives the highest reproduction quality.

8. What resolution do you require for printing?

For high resolution printing, we require 300 dpi, otherwise 100 dpi is adequate for general use.

9. Do you store my design files?

We store your print designs, together with our printing notes regarding the equipment and settings we used, so that you can quickly and easily re-order, if necessary.

10. I have a custom font or color - is that okay?

Simply specify your details and we will be able to assist you with corporate branding and livery. We use color matching to ensure we get the exact shade.

11. What types of ink do you use?

UV inks are recommended for stability and fade resistance in outdoor applications. All our inks are environmentally friendly.

12. Can you help me with my design?

Our expert graphic designers are happy to provide free design assistance. With the benefit of their printing and signage experience, you will achieve a great final result.

13. Do you have a minimum order?

We have no minimum order quantity or order value.

14. Do you give discounts for large orders?

We offer quantity discounts for large orders and incentives for corporate accounts. Please ask us for details.

15. Do you have standard sizes for your signs?

Our standard sizes are listed on our website, if you would prefer to choose from there, however, we can create a sign or banner for you of any size at all.

16. How long do Speedy Pros signs last?

This depends on the material used, and we can advise on choice at the time of ordering, according to your exact requirements.

17. What if I don't want to give my card details on the internet?
